DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to the USA on orders over $30.

All products in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received and processed. Count 2-10 business days to receive your item depending on the carrier. 

Some products including Gold, Sterling Silver and Diamonds are made to order. In that case, allow 3 to 15 days to create your piece of jewelry. Once ready, your item will ship immediately. Count 2-10 business days to receive your item depending on the carrier. 

All our shipment come with a tracking number so you can follow the location of your item.

If your item never reached, was lost by the carrier or any other event that prevented you from receiving your item, contact us at contact@jewelparis.com. If the events are confirmed by the carrier we will resend you the same item.
 

Clothing requires between 1 to 10 days to prepare your product. Once shipped, count 5 business days up to 4 weeks to be delivered to you.

Depending on the country, your item can be subject to tax and/or duty. We are not responsible for any tax and/or duty to be paid in your country. Any tax and/or duty are to be paid by the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its complete original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns over 30 Days are not accepted. 

No Returns on Sale Items. 

 

RETURN FOR REPAIR

Your items can be returned to us at any time if it needs to be repaired. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Once repaired, we will send it back to you.

Please contact us before sending back any item so we can let you know the process of return for repair.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

We offer refunds on Regular Orders but we do not offer refunds on Custom Orders. All Custom Orders sales are final, though we still offer resizing if needed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days(usually takes 3-5 business days).

Any refund might be subject to a small fee charged by the payment processors. You will be refunded the amount paid less the refunding fees.

When paying with Paypal checkout, requesting a refund is subject to a small fee charged by Paypal. You will then get your refund less the Paypal fee. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@jewelparis.com.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they present a default of manufacture or if you receive them in damaged conditions. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@jewelparis.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if lost by any carrier.
